As an Associate Consultant, you start your career in consulting and actively support analysis, concept development, and implementation across the entire value chain.
Our projects are diverse and cover the full value chain, ranging from defining new processes and organizational adjustments to selecting digital tools and hands-on implementation. You contribute to projects, take on initial responsibilities, and continuously develop your expertise in supply chain management.

What to expect:
- Support in developing and implementing innovative and sustainable supply chain concepts
- Analysis of customer requirements during on-site and remote workshops
- Preparation and follow-up of workshops
- Support in market analyses and conducting expert interviews
- Selection and implementation of digital supply chain and logistics solutions
- Participation in change management processes for our clients, support in (IT) trainings and seminars
- Contribution to business development and acquisition activities
What you bring:
- Successfully completed studies in the fields of business administration, computer science, supply chain management, or logistics - graduates from other courses with relevant experience are also welcome.
- First work experience in management consulting or supply chain management
- In-depth understanding of the processes along the value chain
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Curiosity, flexibility, and commitment, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel
