(Senior) Manager – Supply Chain Management (f/m/d)

What to expect:
- Project leadership and change management in international client transformation projects at both strategic and operational levels
- Independent project acquisition within the DACH region, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Continuous enhancement of our supply chain management expertise, for example through the integration of risk management and the pursuit of innovative approaches
- Design, development, and implementation of supply chain solutions (e.g., inventory and transport optimization, statistical forecasting, supply and demand planning, S&OP, S&OE)
- Implementation of digital technologies across the entire value chain
- Leadership and development of team members, as well as active support in expanding our teams in Austria and Germany
What you bring:
- Strong ability to inspire and convince stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Several years of experience in strategy and management consulting with a focus on supply chain management, combined with a relevant master’s degree
- Solid project management skills and a structured, methodical work approach
- Extensive network and proven experience in project acquisition
- Team spirit and entrepreneurial drive for innovation
- Curiosity, flexibility, and commitment, as well as the ability to motivate others, lead teams, and foster the professional development of colleagues
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, and willingness to travel
